FIDELIS is a management consulting firm based in Lebanon and operating throughout the
Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
Since its inception in 2002, FIDELIS has extensively worked on pioneering approaches to fit
the Middle Eastern and North African mind sets, in the challenging areas of Customer
Relationship Management, Data Mining, and Loyalty.
A roster of multinational, regional and local clients has put FIDELIS on the map.
In 2010, FIDELIS is evolving and will concentrate on providing cross market building
opportunities between the MENA region and North America.
